Elevate identity to connect with premium export market

With strong heritage and an established export business, Kiwi Sheepskins had built trust over decades, but its visual identity hadn’t kept pace with the quality of its products or the expectations of today’s premium market.

The challenge was to evolve a legacy brand with outdated branding into one that could confidently compete on the world stage. The goal was to modernise without losing authenticity, elevating the brand to appeal to international audiences while staying true to its New Zealand roots.

We worked closely with the team to craft a visual identity that feels timeless, grounded, and distinctly New Zealand. Natural textures, refined typography, and a considered colour palette come together to convey warmth, honesty, and enduring quality.

The refreshed design positions Kiwi Sheepskins as both a premium lifestyle brand and a trusted maker – one that feels equally at home in global retail as it does in the high country.

The next phase is now underway: a new website designed to bring the brand to life online, tell its story with confidence, and inspire global audiences to experience the best of New Zealand craftsmanship.

The new brand system brings clarity and cohesion across every touchpoint, from product packaging to digital experience. By redesigning the logo, refining colour and tone, and introducing authentic New Zealand imagery, we built a visual language that feels both premium and personal.
